On the 3^rd April in Cervinia the pedestrian area will be covered by stands displaying and selling items in wood, stone, wrought iron, and traditional processing of leather and fabrics. It is an occasion to become familiar with some traditional Aosta Valley craft art.

It will be an interesting event, not only for those concerned with ecological issues. An international conference in Sonthofen, Germany will finish the project recharge.green focused on renewable energy in the Alps.

Two questions will central for the conference that will take place the 20^th-21^st May: what are the challenges related to renewable energy use in the Alps? What tools can be used to support decision makers in finding the right balance when planning local or regional energy development?

Zermatt Unplugged will take place between 14^th and 18^th April. It is the highest altitude concert stage in Europe. This year James Blunt, Anastasia, and Patricia Kaas will be among many others guest stars. Anastasia will open the 8^th edition of the festival on the 14^th April just to leave the stage for Patricia Kaas a day after, a Dame of French music.
