The 2016 edition of World Press Photo has come to Fort Bard in the Aosta Valley.

It’s about raw power, brain and the love of nature.... From December 16th to 18th ice climbers from all over the world will meet in Cogne in the Aosta Valley for the “Cogne Ice Opening 2016”.

The Aosta Valley gets highly regarded when The Telegraph announces their lists of the best Mountain restaurants in Italy and worldwide.

According to the UK newspaper half of Italy's top ten are to be found in the region.

Four destinations in the Aosta Valley have been included in the “Why in Italy”

“Why in Italy” is an initiative and a web site from The University of Turin with the aim to create a new way of discovering Italy outside touristy clichés.

There’s still time to see the Chagall exhibition at Fort of Bard!

The Way is the title of the exhibition held until the 13th November 2016, at Fort of Bard, the main cultural centre of the Valle d'Aosta Region.
