Snowshoes Champoluc

We are still enjoying winter season in the Monterosa. We have decided to prepare TheAlps’ Top 5 regarding non-skiing activities. What to do in the Monterosa if you do not want to ski? Linnea, our tour producer, presents her non-skiing Top 5!

1) Snowshoes

Put on snowshoes and go for a walk to one of the Walser villages like Mascognaz or Aruola. Beautiful views, a bit of exercise, and genuine culture experience are included. You can rent snowshoes in one of ski rental shops in one of resorts. If you would like to have a guide to help you around, contact us!

Aperitivo time

2) Aperitivo time

Do like locals do! Start and end your day in one of bars. Taste brioche, order classical Italian cappuccino, and above all, enjoy your aperitivo.

3) Monterosa Terme

There is always a good reason to relax in SPA. We recommend Monterosa Terme, brand new spa in Champoluc - worth every penny!

4) Genuine cuisine

And finally, do not forget to visit local boutiques to find local meat, cheese, and wine to prepare delicious supper for tonight.

5) Jean e Louis skating rink

And last, but not least – ice skating rink in Champoluc. It is an outdoor run, so you can enjoy not only skating, but also a lot of fresh air and amazing views around. Rental shop is located nearby.
