Winter is coming to Monterosa and even faster than in the popular American tv series "Game of Thrones". So skies on! Season will open soon in the whole Aosta Valley. 

It has started snowing and gets better.You can already ski in Cervinia where is 135 cm of powder snow. The weather forecast for this week shows even more snowfall, until Friday when the sunny and frosty days will come to the valley. 

The good snow conditions are also in Zermatt with 110 cm of snow, 41 pistes opened and 19 lift in use. The 40-50 cm of snow in Champoluc, Alagna, and Gressoney is still not enough to enjoy donwhill runs but - regarding quite heavy snowfalls forecasted this week - pistes can be opened soon. 

The recent webcam photos look very ski tempting so check already pistes maps and book a hotel.
