It is sacred, yes, people come to the Alps from the North and you will barely hear any other language in the villages than Swedish these weeks.

We had a table booked each lunch at the magic Guglielmina above Alagna, 2880m. Families of friends came, ate and shifted with new families. It was like a privat party but on one of the most amazing terraces of the Alps!

People who didn't know each other started to talk and old friends met without knowing they should have been together in Monterosa. All ages were present and the smallest were the heroes of the trip!
