According to the UK newspaper half of Italy's top ten are to be found in the region.

What are the resorts opening and closing dates for the season?

“On-piste in Monterosa

There are just weeks to go before the start of the ski season in Monterosa Ski.

The opening of the main area including Champoluc, Gressoney and Alagna is scheduled for Friday 25th November, while most of the smaller lift systems will start their engines in the beginning of the December.
